Fourth EWDA Student Workshop 2011

“Infectious Disease Management”

General information

The EWDA Student Chapter was proud to host the 4th EWDA Student Workshop, which was held from April 14th to 17th, 2011, at the conference centre ‘Les Pensières’ of the Fondation Mérieux, in Veyrier-du-Lac, France. Forty selected (graduate) students from Europe and beyond have had the opportunity to meet and share the experience of 12-14 invited internationally renowned wildlife health scientists.

Participation

The Student Workshop is open to PhD-students and residents working on wildlife diseases in its broadest sense, and BSc- (in their final years) and MSc-students considering pursuing a career in wildlife disease research. Veterinarian, medical, biological, ecological, epidemiological and other backgrounds are all welcome. The Student Workshop is open to students from Europe and beyond.
